1. Our commitment
Laudes is committed to providing people with disabilities equal access to our public website, achievement-verification pages, profiles, company pages, account features, and support. Accessibility is an ongoing product and operational responsibility, not a one-time statement.
This statement covers www.laudes.app, verify.laudes.app, app.laudes.app, and the first-party web content and workflows Laudes provides through those domains.
2. Accessibility target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. WCAG provides testable guidance for making web content more perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.
“Aim to conform” describes our standard and remediation direction. It is not a representation that every page or third-party integration currently satisfies every WCAG success criterion, and it is not an accessibility certification.
3. Measures we take
Our current accessibility practices include:
- using semantic HTML, page landmarks, headings, visible labels, and native controls;
- providing text alternatives for meaningful images and hiding decorative images from assistive technology;
- supporting keyboard operation and visible focus treatment for primary interactions;
- using responsive layouts and avoiding restrictions on browser zoom;
- communicating verification status with text as well as color;
- respecting reduced-motion preferences in major animated share previews;
- reviewing new features against WCAG 2.2 Level AA requirements; and
- providing a direct email channel for barrier reports and alternative access.
4. Known limitations and remediation priorities
Our latest source review identified and remediated issues involving status announcements, labels for copy fields, keyboard focus visibility, text and control contrast, and reduced-motion scrolling. Automated tests and source review cannot establish complete accessibility, so these limitations and verification priorities remain:
- complete journeys have not yet been tested with every supported combination of screen reader, browser, forced-colors mode, zoom level, and mobile assistive technology;
- Salesforce and LinkedIn steps are operated by third parties and can introduce barriers outside Laudes-controlled pages;
- customer-provided names, logos, profile images, links, and other content can vary in quality and accessibility; and
- animated and downloaded share media is supplemented by text-based verification, but individual media and device combinations may still require an alternative format.
If you encounter a barrier, use the assistance process below. We will provide an available alternative while we investigate and remediate the affected path.
5. Feedback, accommodations, and alternative access
Email accessibility feedback or a request for assistance to support@laudes.app. To help us reproduce the issue, include as much of the following as you are comfortable providing:
- the page URL or name of the feature;
- what you were trying to do and what happened;
- your browser, device, and assistive technology, if relevant; and
- your preferred response method and the alternative format or assistance you need.
You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or provide proof of disability. Please do not send passwords, one-time sign-in links, government identifiers, or sensitive employer records by email.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility messages within five business days. The time needed to resolve a report depends on its complexity and any third-party involvement, but we will provide a status update and, where practicable, an effective temporary alternative. If you are not satisfied with the response, reply with the subject “Accessibility escalation” so the issue can be reviewed again.
6. Third-party content and integrations
Some features open or display content provided by third parties, including Salesforce and LinkedIn. We do not control the accessibility of a third party’s website, application, embedded badge, or content. We still want to know when a third-party dependency creates a barrier in a Laudes workflow. We can provide first-party verification information or another available path and raise the issue with the provider where appropriate.
7. Assessment approach
The most recent assessment was a source-level review completed on August 1, 2026 against WCAG 2.2 Level AA. It included semantics, labels, status messages, focus visibility, contrast, motion preferences, responsive implementation, and alternative text. It was not an independent certification and did not replace hands-on testing with multiple screen readers, keyboards, zoom settings, forced-colors modes, and mobile devices. Those checks remain part of our continuing accessibility work.
8. Updates to this statement
We will update this statement when our accessibility target, known limitations, feedback process, or assessment status materially changes. The effective and last-updated date appears at the top of the page.
This statement describes our accessibility practices and goals. It does not limit any right or remedy available under applicable law.
